Argentina and Brazil Women met in back-to-back T20 matches at the St Albans Club in Buenos Aires back in February 2009.
There was one problem though for Brazil captain Erika Ribeiro. She was unable to secure a baby sitter for her young daughter, but rather than miss out on two internationals took her along and thanks to the efforts of team mates and supporters, managed to play the games.
She is pictured above making the toss with Argentina captain Cataline Grenoli, while the umpire is Karran Bayney from Canada, while Rod Lyall from CricketEurope acted as match referee as well as live scoring both matches.
There was no happy ending though for Ribeiro, whose identical twin sister Naravano also played – much to the confusion of the scorers – as Argentina won both games to clinch the series two-nil.
