It's the ground at Malahide looking resplendent on a sell-out day as Ireland took on England back in September 2013 which is the latest photo by Rowland White to be featured in our series.

Sell-out at Malahide for Ireland v England September 3, 2013

My reason for including this is two-fold.

Firstly, it shows the immaculate state of the Malahide ground and secondly it was used next day in the Irish Times as a half-page spread.

Ireland scored 269/7 which included a fantastic 112 by William Porterfield. Eoin Morgan with 124* and Bopara 101* did the damage for England - 274/4.

Despite the result it was a glorious day which showcased the ground and the village at its very best.
