The Netherlands team has arrived in Chittagong ahead of the ICC World Twenty20, which begins next week. Having spent ten days preparing in the Dubai, playing games against the UAE, Nepal, Hong Kong and Worcestershire, the team have two more warm-up matches (against Afghanistan on the 12th and Hong Kong on the 14th) before their tournament begins on Monday 17th when they will face the UAE.

The Netherlands' group also includes Zimbabwe and Ireland whom they face on the 19th and 21st respectively, with the group winner progressing to the Super-10 stage. Should the Dutch top the group, they would meet Sri Lanka on the 24th.
