Kenya's Steve Tikolo continued his late career resurgence by playing a starring role in Kenya's win over Bermuda in Dubai today.

After Kenya won the toss and chose to field first, a rain shower delayed the start of play by just over an hour, reducing the game to an 18 over contest.

When Bermuda batted, they got 124-7 from their quota of overs, Steve Tikolo taking 2-33, though Shem Ngoche was the pick of the bowlers with 2-6.

Although Alex Obanda was dismissed for a duck in the first over, Kenya had little trouble chasing down their target. Steve Tikolo dominated proceedings with an unbeaten innings of 54 from 36 balls.

Nehmiah Odhiambo scored 28 from 17 balls, and Collins Obuya hit 31 from just 18 balls as Kenya secured a seven wicket win inside 12 overs.

Both teams will have a day off tomorrow and will resume play on Saturday, with Kenya taking on the Netherlands and Bermuda playing Nepal.
