The Event Technical Committee (ETC) and the Koninklijke Nederlandse Cricket Bond (KNCB) confirm a change in venue for the Pepsi ICC European U19 Division 1 World Cup Qualifier (WCQ).

Due to the high demand on the playing facilities over the course of the season all matches to be played at Excelsior'20 will now take place at Kampong Cricket Club. The scheduled start times for all fixtures will be unchanged.

The Event Technical Committee of the Pepsi ICC European U19 Division 1 World Cup Qualifier consists of Philip Hudson (Tournament Director, chairman), Ray Holyer (Tournament Referee), David Woutersen (Tournament Organiser), Richard Cox (KNCB representative) and Nick Pink (ICC Europe representative).
