Team USA's under-19's warmed up for their World Cup qualifying campaign with a good win over a North West champions Strabane Select at the Park.
The teams arranged that Prasanth Nair and Jodhbir Singh would both play for the home side to ensure that everyone got a game while the hosts also featured Fox Lodge trio Gareth Heywood, Andy Britton and Johnny Robinson.
Batting first Armanath Persaud with 20, Gregory Sewdial 20 and Abhijit Joshi 39 were all among the runs before an excellent unbeaten 69 from Pranay Suri lifted the tourists towards the 200 mark. Late cameos from Salman Ahmed with 18 and Shayan Abdulghani eventually meant that the USA boys closed on 229 all out.
Pretty much anyone who wanted a bowl got a bowl, Britton, Eaglestone and Heywood claiming 8 wickets between them with Nair bowling well against his team-mates to finish with 2 for 20. The home sidew's reply never really got going but Jodbhir Singh also got in on the act against his own team as he made 57.
Abdulghani and Mital Patel turned in solid bowling performances and picked up three wickets each as the Strabane Select was dismissed for 134.
