Vivek Sheoran scored a Man-of-the-Match unbeaten 93 as NWCC retained the Midweek Cup with a 30-run win over Ardmore At Burndennett.
Vivek - who plays weekend cricket with the Bleachgreen side - thumped 10 fours and 5 sixes in his 49-ball innings to get the NWCC up to 179 for 7, with runs too for Gibi (28) and Sabin Babu (25).
There were two wickets apiece for Conor Brolly, Mujeeb Rahman and Conor King.
Ardmore made a brave fist of the chase with runs for Mark Chambers - 5 fours in his 33 - Stephen Scroggie (27) and top-scorer Conor King.
Indeed they were at one point ahead of the required rate at 120 for 2 in 13 overs, but Scroggie's dismissal was quickly followed by King, whose 25-ball 52 included 6 fours and 2 sixes.
That wicket - well caught on the long off boundary by skipper Sabin was the turning point as eight wickets fell for 29 runs - three apiece for Aneesh Anilkumar and Jestin, plus two for Anthony.
