Newbuildings made it two trophies in two days for the club as they beat Bonds Glen by three runs in the Under 13 girls final at Eglinton.
A Player of the Match innings from Newbuildings captain Georgia Simpson saw her hit three boundaries in an unbeaten 47, sharing an opening stand of 56 with Beth McIvor (23).
Newbuildings finished on 92 for 2 with a wicket apiece for Gracie Spratt and Sienna Robinson.
Simpson took an early wicket, then a run out left the Bee Gees struggling on 16 for 2 in the 6th over.
They fought back strongly with a third wicket partnership of 62 in 13 overs between skipper Sarah Haslett (34*) and Darci Young (33) to give themsleves a real chance.
However, the Newbuildings bowling unit held their nerve to seal the six-run win in a tense finale.
An excellent game of cricket, with some fine displays on both sides, played in front of a good crowd.
