Ardmore were more like their old selves as they recorded a thumping 214-run win over Bready at the Bleachgreen.
They were put in but made the visitors rue that decision quickly as skipper Rachit Gaur raced out of the traps with a hard-hit 47 from just 28 balls (8 fours, 1 six), adding 83 for the first wicket with Dharm Singh in the powerplay.
Harry Zimmermann went cheaply, but the arrival of overseas professional Avi Mgijima to the middle was the catalyst for the match defining partnership.
The South African added 154 for the 3rd wicket with Singh, who scored a fine 102 from 100 balls (11 fours, 6 sixes).
Avi then launched a brutal assault on the weakened Bready attack, with 95 alone coming in the last five overs, as he hit 12 sixes and 10 fours in an unbeaten 85 ball 144.
Faced with such a daunting total it wasn't surprising that Bready faltered, dismissed for just 135 with David Rankin (27) and Ian Young (24) their main scorers. Singh completed a great day by taking 3 wickets, while there were two apiece for Ciaran Roundtree and Rachit Gaur.
