Ireland Wolves will emerge from their two-year hibernation with an eight match white-ball tour of Nepal later this month.

The 15-man squad will play two T20's against the senior Nepal squad, followed by three t20's and 50-overs games against Nepal A.

Neil Rock skippers the squad which has eight players from Leinster and seven from the NCU region.

There is one notable change from the squad originally selected, with Murray Commins replaced by Gavin Hoey.

Commins it is believed was asked to return to Ireland from his native South Africa to train ahead of the tour, but was unwilling.

It's understood he subsequently turned down a contract offer and was withdrawn from the trip to Nepal.
