Bready captain Jonathan Orr top-scored with 36 not out as his side made 103 for 6, with runs too for Ben Campbell (28).
Lewis Campbell (2-17) was the most successful of the Newbuildings attack.
Jack McIvor (33*) steered Newbuildings to a six-wicket win - runs too for Lewis Pearson (20).
Bonds Glen met Eglinton in the U11 Cup final, hoping to complete the double.
