St Johnston have been handed a walkover after County Kerry conceded their Irish National Cup tie.
The game was originally due to be played at the Oyster Oval, but the picturesque venue has experienced drainage problems exacerbated by the wet weather of recent weeks.
The club has been attempting remedial works but these will take time to bring results.
It was then decided that the match be switched to The Boathole in County Donegal, but County Kerry informed St Johnston that they would be unable to travel and were conceding the tie.
St Johnston join fellow North West side Ballyspallen - who received a bye - in the last 16, along with 2022 winners North County and beaten finalists Terenure.
