Eglinton have performed well in recent years, and will be hoping the return of Mike Erlank plus the arrival of Liam Doherty will be the catalyst for silverware.
Andy Millar is captain once again and he will be delighted to have secured South African professional Mike Erlank for the entire campaign.
Irish passport holding South African Liam Doherty is a welcome addition too, with the Under 19 international attracting interest from several clubs.
There is a talented batch of youngsters at the village club, and Tommy Orr will be hoping for another successful season after scoring two hundreds and four half centuries as he made 700 runs at an average of nearly 75 last season.
Robbie Millar was a revelation in Australia and the confidence gained from that will stand him in good stead for the season ahead.
"We are all looking forward to the new season and are excited by the arrival of Liam Doherty especially," said a club spokesperson.
"Hopefully we will be very competitive in the league, while our cup pedigree always means we are in with a chance."
Eglinton begin their season on April 29th when they have a home match against Ballyspallen.
