Ireland Wolves will provide warm-up opposition for Bangladesh ahead of their three World Cup Super League clashes with Ireland in Essex.

Fans won't be able to attend the match as it is being played behind closed doors. No venue has been announced either.

It will be a first match for Ireland Wolves in 14 months, and with no fixtures scheduled as yet for the remainder of the year, it could be their only game in a two-year period.

There are promises of better times ahead with Richard Holdsworth saying: "We understand fully the importance of the Wolves programme as an essential part of the pathway between domestic and international cricket and will be looking at a full programme next year and beyond as we enter the next phase in our development as a Full Member.”
