Schools' Cup holders Campbell College are among the big names receiving a bye to the second round of this year's competition.
The good news of a bye is tempered by the fact that they along with some other big names have been drawn to play away in the second round.
Campbell will be away to the winners of Armagh Royal and Belfast High, while Methody face a trip to the winners of BRA and Antrim Grammar.
Inst face the prospect of a trip to Limavady should they win their home game with Ballyclare High while the only second round fixture with confirmed opponents will see Foyle make the trip to Bangor Grammar.
First Round matches to be completed by Friday 5th May.

Teams losing their first match will be entered in the Ulster Schools' Plate competition.
Draws for the 3rd round and semi-finals will take place following the preceding rounds.
With dates for those rounds: Third round by Saturday 27 May, Semi-Finals by Saturday 10 June.
The Final is scheduled for Friday 16 June, venue to be confirmed.
