Holders CIYMS will begin their defence of the Challenge Cup with an away day trip to either Dundrum or Saintfield.

Woodvale entertain CSNI in one of three all Premiership clashes, with the others being Cliftonville Academy's home tie with Premiership champions Lisburn, and North Down's clash with Derriaghy.

Waringstown are away to the winners of newly formed Belfast or Armagh, while Laurelvale or Muckamore will entertain Cregagh.

Instonians will be confident of progressing against Ballymena, while Carrickfergus will expect to be in the quarter-finals after travelling to the winners of Donacloney or Templepatrick.
