Italy were always in control of the chase, after Jaspreet Singh hit three sixes in a quickfire 32.
Michael Ross then made an unbeaten 26 to steer Italy to the five-wicket win with 13 balls remaining.
Norway made it three wins from three after a 56-run win over Sweden.
Ansar Iqbal (39) and Faizan Mumtaz (38) added 55 in 32 balls as Norway posted 150 for 6.
Hayatullah Niazi then took 3 for 7 as Sweden were restricted to 94, despite a valiant 31 from Sabir Zahoor.
Emanuel Solomon's hard-hit 70 from 31 balls was the catalyst for Israel's first win.
Solomon hit 7 sixes and 4 fours as he guided Israel to 161 for 7.
Gibraltar in reply made 109 for 8, with skipper Matt Hunter top scoring with 41.
