Bahrain secured victory in the warm-up game here in Singapore ahead of the first round of matches tomorrow.
The side played a representative Singapore Cricket Club XI and beat the side by 233 runs with 27 overs to spare.
Bahrain opened the batting and amassing an impressive 299 runs and were all out after 49.1 overs.
After lunch at the famous Singapore Cricket Club, Bahrain took to the field and bowled the entire SCC XI out for just 66 runs.
Captain Yaser Sadeq said: 'It was a good chance for us to get a feel for the humidity here in Singapore.
'It's also very humid in Bahrain, but it's always good to get to know the conditions and it's also good to have a win under our belts ahead of Saturday's opening fixture.'
Coach Mohsin Kamal commented: 'I'm pleased we had the opportunity to have a warm-up fixture and now we've spent a few days here in Singapore, we're ready for the tournament to start.
'I'm confident that we have a good team here with us and things will go well for Bahrain.'
