Rais Ahmadzai admitted that he was a very proud man after helping Afghanistan to the Pepsi ICC World Cricket League Division 4 title.

Ahmadzai scored 49, winning him the Man of the Match Award for the second consecutive day, as Afghanistan beat Hong Kong by 57 runs.

'I played a good innings for my country as the wicket was very hard to play. I think we got a good total on that wicket,' said Ahmadzai.

He also said that he enjoys batting in difficult situations for his country, having come to the wicket after the loss of three early wickets.

'I love to play under pressure and I wanted to do something special for my country.'

Mohammad Nabi was also delighted with his own individual performance, as he took 4-9, and believes that his side is capable of progressing further in this competition.

'I am very happy with my performance today. It is a pleasure to win the trophy and qualify for Division 3,' said Nabi.

'We will try to work hard in the next few months and hopefully we can win Division 3.'
