Fiji skipper Colin Rika believes that his side will bounce back in time for the opening game of the Pepsi ICC World Cricket League Division 4 despite having lost a warm-up game to Jersey by 77 runs.

'We are a bit disappointed but our players are trying to get used to the turf and see how it works in Tanzania,' said Rika.

'The boys know this is a practice match. We're going to go and discuss at the hotel what our game plan is and work on that.'

Rika admitted that after an impressive bowling display, which saw a strong Jersey batting line up reduced to 135 all out, the main area his side needs to work on ahead of Saturday's tournament opener is the batting.

'We will be focusing on our batting as out bowling did really well to get Jersey to less than 150 runs today,' he said.

'We need to get the top five players to score runs.'

All six teams will play practice matches today ahead of the Opening Ceremony which is tomorrow.
