The College Field is part of the Elizabeth College whose history dates back to the 19th century and even before then into the 16th century when the original 'grammar school' structure that became the Elizabeth College took shape.

The College Field provides the pupils and Masters with access to outdoor facilities where football and cricket are played throughout the year. As can be seen from the our phoot, looking out over all this is the magnificent pavilion. Within the pavilion you will find records of the cricket matches held over the years together with pictures of the College teams over the years.

The College Field is also used by the GCB to stage tournaments such as Pepsi ICC World Cricket League 7 as well as ICC Europe competitions and also local domestic games. The grass square here is the largest on the Island and also incorporates an artificial wicket as well.
